The Artment represents a new way for artists to reach a broader audience for their art. Our concept is to create an easy way for artists and art buyers to meet. The clients can browse through a large selection of quality art from the comfort of thir own homes. And since we don't have any costs for exhibition premises, we can keep our prices considerably lower than traditional galleries, and at the same time let the artist keep a larger share.

The Artment was founded in 2006 with the object of letting quality art into ordinary european homes. We noticed that many of our friends spent a lot of time and money on furnishing their homes with expensive designer furniture, only to ruin the whole impression by putting up posters or tacky paintings that belonged to their grandfathers. Many walls also stand empty, since "we wanted to put an artwork there, but we haven't found anything suitable". Now, there are now more excuses. Now, there's The Artment.
