How to buy art
We at The Artment realize that finding good art that suits your personal taste is not always easy. It must be the right style, the right size, and preferably have a colour scheme to match your furniture. So to run around galleries that only display a few pieces each is not really an option. This is why we collect a large number of works by many different contemporary artists.
Find what you like
So if you need a red piece to go with your sofa, you just click "colour" in the left menu, and then click on "red". Then all works with red as a dominant colour will show. Or if you need a large piece for that empty dining room wall, just click "size" and "large".
If you wish to get an idea of the size of a piece you are interested in, and how it will look on a wall, you can click "show this piece in a room". The the piece will be shown in an illustrated room at the right scale. When you find something you want, you can click "buy this piece", and it is put in your shopping cart. When finished, you may click on the shopping cart to go to the checkout, where you will pay by credit card through our secure transaction system. The piece you buy will be shipped to you directly from the artist. The shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

All artists represented at The Artment have been carefully selected by us. This way, you can rest assured that all pieces you buy here are good quality original artwork. And since we don't have any expenses for exhibition rooms, we can keep our prices considerably lower than ordinary galleries.
Full refund policy
Buying art over the internet is of course not completely wothout problems. Even if the images of the works sold at The Artment are of high quality, it can be hard to get a full idea of a work of art just from the image. This is why The Artment has a generous no-questions-asked refund policy. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.
